Do you Drop off, set up and pick up? Yes, we do!

How long is my rental? All day Rental, we drop-off as early as 9 am, Pick up as late as 10 pm, or early next morning. (10pm pick up,-will be picked up next morning)

How do I book? Click on Inventory> Add items to your cart> Check out> Revise and Sign Contract

How do we Pay? When finalizing your contract, you are more than welcome to pay, or upon arrival to your event. We do accept Cash, Checks or Card on spot.

Are there any hidden fees? No, the charges are clearly identified, the rental of the unit, the delivery fee, an optional damage waiver, and surface fees for Indoor, Cement or Gravel.

Is there a cancellation fee? No. a full refund will be made Minus the processing fee.

Do I need an extension cord? We Provide a 100 ft extension cord with every inflatable rental!

Can i pick up my Rental? For safety reasons we do not allow pick up from our Location with the exception of Tables and Chairs and the Mini Me. (Please call before booking)

Do you Require Deposits? We do not require deposits.
